Swadlincote Police have had another success in their battle to try and rid the town of drugs.

They reported on their Facebook page on Thursday that a 'possible' drug dealer had been caught.

And they said that it was their 'Chuckle Brothers' officers who apprehended the man.

Their post reads: 'Unfortunately there is still a 'blight upon our town'.

"Our Chuckles have apprehended a possible drug dealer on our streets today.

"Unfortunately for this little entrepreneur, Kelly and Anwar have taken his drugs, his cash and his phone.

"Oh dear, oh dear... not in our town!"

The police have uncovered a number of drugs cases in Swadlincote in recent months.
