Swadlincote Police have recovered a 'substantial' amount of Class A drugs and money.

They actioned a drugs warrant and were able to achieve another result.

They questioned a man over the find and Swadlincote Neighbourhood Team's Facebook page revealed another raid 24 hours later.

A post read: "Swadlincote SNT actioned a drugs warrant today, a substantial amount of class A drugs and money was recovered."

Sgt Nizzer of Swadlincote SNT said: "We will continue to act on intelligence received from our community and take positive action where needed as shown in this positive result."
