Woodville's James Dean Events are temporarily donating all of their festival equipment to help build an NHS testing centre in Swadlincote for South Derbyshire.
The family-owned, independent event hire and management business stage festivals and provide equipment and services to event organisers across the UK James Dean Events
But now they are contributing to the fight against Coronavirus.
And a video on the company's Facebook page explains what they plan to do.
It says: "I had a phone call out of the blue from a GP consortium on behalf of the NHS.
"They've asked if we can help them as part of the Government's national efforts to combat Coronavirus by setting up an emergency testing facility in Swadlincote, my home town.
"And we jumped at the chance.
"We're going to be donating everything completely free and we're going to do our part to speed up getting rid of this thing as soon as possible.
"By buying tickets to our events you've helped us purchase the equipment which means we are now able to donate all of our resources to the NHS and do our part to help save lives.
"And hopefully get this thing out of the way so we can get back to some kind of normal life.
"I wanted to share this with you as it's something I'm proud of."
