Swadlincote: Volunteers needed to help hospital help service for vulnerable people

Volunteers from Swadlincote and South Derbyshire are needed for the Derbyshire Home from Hospital Service.

They want to know if you spare some time to support vulnerable people in South Derbyshire who are leaving hospital (or living at home but at risk of admission) and have limited support from family / friends?

This role involves providing short term practical help, normally for no longer than six weeks.

Tasks could include collecting medication prescriptions & doing simple shopping.
