Swadlincote Veterinary Centre is staying a socialising dog walk next month.

The hour long event takes place at Albert Village Lake on Sunday, June 27, between 10am-11am.

Here is how the centre describes the meet-up: "A socialising dog walk suitable for all ages.

"This is an informal stroll and participants do so at their own risk.

"Please ensure that if you're bringing a puppy that he/she has had their second vaccination one week prior to the walk.

"Meet in the main car park at 10.00am. We advise you get there five minutes before set-off so you don't miss us.

"Social distancing will still be observed. We recommend that you bring your own hand sanitiser.

"Please note that we reserve the right to cancel at short notice."
