Swadlincote Police Claim 'Full House' After Locating Driver Who Failed To Stop In Midway

A driver was reported for failing to stop for police in Midway on Friday night.

Swadlincote Safer Neighbourhood team located the vehicle which was loaded on to a truck and taken away on Saturday.

The police said they had a 'full house' from the driver of the Ford Focus.

Swadlincote SNT posted on their Twitter account and explained what happened.

They said: "Vehicle fails to stop for Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit last night on Eureka Road, Midway.

"SNT come on duty and located vehicle. Full house no insurance, no license and no MOT with the driver also reported for failing to stop for Police."
