This week, T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join their client on a Permanent basis in Swadlincote.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a varied role and offer support to users within the Company; therefore you must have the ability to prioritise tasks and have strong IT administration/support skills.

Here are the job details;

£24,000 per annum

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly report production
• Maintenance and improvements to reports
• Database and CRM checks
• CRM Management, data entry & integrity, accounts management
• Training administration - completing & reconciling spreadsheets, trend analysis and feedback, purchase orders to suppliers and registration with governing bodies
• Stock management of stationery, PPE, business gifts and Sales packs
• 1st line support for users on IT hardware issues
• E-shot posting and data management
• Report on Customer survey requests
• Website admin and case study development/posting
• Work with the sales team to deliver improved sales functions
• Sales quotation preparation and management of price lists
• Send out sales packs and marketing merchandise
• Re-syncing phones & providing printer support
• Systems Administrator person specification;

• Ability to provide IT support and assist with phone & printer issues
• Ability to update Company website
• Experience of working on spreadsheets
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm at all times
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks
