Swadlincote Police have raided a cannabis farm in the town - and discovered 90 plants.

Swadlincote Safer Neighbourhood Team has posted about their latest success on their Facebook page and suggested some residents may be getting green-fingered for the wrong reasons.

They posted: "Anyone for a bit of gardening during lockdown?

"It seems some members of our community have been getting a little bit too green-fingered.

"On Friday our team recovered 90 cannabis plants from an address in Swadlincote. The investigation is ongoing."
