The Railway Inn in Swadlincote has announced it will have 'new and permanent' business owners next week.
The Midway Road pub has been under temporary management this summer.
But the Railway Inn's Facebook page announced this afternoon that there will be changes from Monday - and a 'relaunch event' is planned.
The pub's message reads: "As most of you may know, the Railway Inn has been operating for some weeks now under temporary management.
"We are pleased to inform you all, that as of Monday, September 7, new and permanent business owners will be moving in.
"Some of you may have already met us, for those that haven't, we look forward to doing so.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank Bob (the current temporary manager), for keeping the business afloat whilst the paperwork was being finalised.
"We would also like to say thank you to Jay for her words of encouragement and advice over the last couple of weeks. We promise to look after what you've created.
"The function room will be available for private bookings from September 8.
"Opening hours will be from 12pm until 11pm, seven days a week. This maybe extended in-line with business requirements.
"Please keep an eye on our Facebook page, where we will shortly be publishing details of our relaunch event as well as the return of a food menu and Sunday carvery.
"We look forward to welcoming you all to the Railway Inn in the near future and can't wait to get the Railway back to where it belongs. Many thanksStephen, Jamie and the team."
