Free spinning classes on offer in Swadlincote town centre gym next week

H30 Fitness and Crown Kickboxing in Swadlincote will be running free Spinning Classes next week at the H30 studio in The Delph.

The classes will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7pm and all people have to do to book a space is call the owner, Craig Harrison on 07970 846 393, or message the H30 Fitness page on Facebook.

All abilities are welcome for each session.
