Swadlincote Woodlands is one of the venues for Forest Bathing Sessions - which do not involve swimming

South Derbyshire District Council is offering Forest Bathing Taster Sessions in Swadlincote Woodlands.
But it has been stressed there is no swimming involved!
The sessions are planned for September 19, between 11am-12:30pm.
The District Council website says: "Experience this nature-inspired wellness practice originating from Japan.
"No swimming involved!
"Rosliston Forestry Centre and Swadlincote Woodlands
"Booking essential. Suitable for adults and children over 7. Adults £10, Children £5
"Bookings and information can be had from this email address: [email protected]."
