Swadlincote Police Investigating Reports Of Suspicious Man Outside School on Wednesday Morning

Swadlincote Police are investigating a report of a suspicious man outside a school in Woodville.

The man was close to Woodville Primary and Junior School, High Street, on Wednesday morning.

A social media post from Swadlincote Safer Neighbourhood Team reads: "On Wednesday 14th October, at approximately 0905hrs, we received a report of a suspicious male outside of Woodville Primary and Junior School, High Street, Woodville.

"The male was believed to be standing near Kim's Kitchen on the High Street.

"He is described as a white male, aged in his 30's, around 6ft tall, brown hair and a small amount of facial hair, grey hoodie and blue sweat pants.

"If you saw this male yesterday morning or have previously seen him in the area, please let us know quoting the reference 20*543128.

"Officers will be completing reassurance patrols around the area in the coming days."
