T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Client on a Permanent basis located in Swadlincote.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are market Leaders within their industry. Reporting to your Line Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth and online presence of the business. Working as a team, you will positively and effectively promote the business across a variety of different platforms.
The ideal Candidate will need to be able to work methodically and consistently to promote a professional image consistent with the marketing message.
Marketing Coordinator Job Details and benefits;
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Permanent role

Role & Responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator include;
- Plan the marketing strategy across multiple avenues of the business with a focus on social media, email campaigns and across the website
- Coordinate with new product launches, company news and events to plan marketing campaigns
- Ensure messaging is up to date across all platforms
- Create, edit and review marketing content consistent with the Company brand
- Provide analysis on marketing efforts to create and compare against KPIs within the marketing department
- Conduct market research, identify trends and analyse competitor strategy
- Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Company
- Person Specification of a Marketing Coordinator include;
- Bachelor's degree or similar in a field such as marketing & communications
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
- Qualifications/Knowledge of Adobe Creative cloud is desirable
- Strong organisational & project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels and best practices including social media, digital and email marketing
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to analyse metrics and create reports
- High level of creativity
