Midway dog walker fined £200 for not picking up mess

A man from Midway has been given a total of £200 in fixed penalties for not picking up after his dog on two separate occasions in January.
South Derbyshire District Council say the dog walker was fined £100 for each offence.
A message on the council's social media pages says: "Many thanks to the local resident who provided our officers with a description of the man, the incidents and his car registration details.
"This is exactly the support and information we are able to use to investigate dog fouling offences.
