Anti-social behaviour is the number one concern in Swadlincote, Gresley and Woodville according to the results of a Swadlincote Police Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) survey.

Residents across the team's patch were invited to share problems and concerns via Derbyshire Alert to shape local policing priorities for the next two months.

A total of 197 responses were received from Swadlincote, Gresley and Woodville - citing anti-social behaviour as the top issue.

Second was road safety concerns, followed by dog fouling, then speeding and fifth noise from nuisance motorbikes and cars.

In Newhall and Midway 74 surveys were completed, with speeding the top concern, followed by road safety issues, drug dealing and drug taking equal third, and lastly anti-social behaviour.

While in Linton, Overseal and Lullington - where 78 responses were received - the most raised issue was speeding, then road safety, followed by dog fouling, noise from nuisance motorbikes and cars and then nuisance motorbikes and cars.

Swadlincote Police SNT said: "There has been a lot of replies and we want to say thank you for all your comments and engagement.

"We've taken a look at the results of the surveys and have come up with our priorities that we will be working on over the next two months."

These priorities are:

CHURCH GRESLEY, WOODVILLE AND SWADLINCOTE
